After the foundation of Podemos in Vistalegre (Madrid), the party established the structure of the internal organization. Nowadays, the new political party have changed several leaders and modified some internal mechanisms. In november of 2016, the national political party call for a new candidate selection process in some spanish cities. These processes have been the first time with the new internal mechanisms, enmarked for the opened lists. Through this new primaries in some spanish cities, the objective was the renewal of the Citizen's Municipal Council (Consejo Ciudadano Municipal) ant its respective leaders. This paper is a case of study of the primaries to select the executive body of Podemos Salamanca, in which the internal turnout was the highest of Spain. The research will focus in the sociodemographic profile, the social activity and their political attitudes of the candidates.
