Todos os interessados em apresentar propostas de painéis e comunicações ao VI Congresso da APCP devem submeter a sua proposta até 31 de OUTUBRO de 2011 por e-mail para congressos@apcp.pt

Esta não deve exceder  200 PALAVRAS e deve incluir os seguintes elementos:

1. Número e nome da secção em que o autor pretende apresentar a comunicação.

2. Título da comunicação.

3. Nome do autor.

4. Instituição a que pertence e posição que nela ocupa.

5. Endereço de correio, telefone e fax.

6. Endereço de correio electrónico.

7. Resumo da comunicação.

A proposta deve ser acompanhada de um BREVE CURRICULUM VITAE (máximo 150 palavras).

Serão admitidas por orador uma comunicação individual e outra em co-autoria.

As propostas de painéis devem apresentar um título, um moderador e as  respectivas comunicações. Estas devem incluir os elementos acima descritos respeitantes às comunicações individuais.

O VI Congresso compreenderá as seguintes secções (que poderão sofrer  alterações de acordó com o número e os temas das propostas de comunicação entretanto  recebidas e aprovadas):

Secção 1: Sociedade e Política Portuguesa.

Secção 2: Países de Língua Portuguesa.

Secção 3: Estudos Europeus.

Secção 4: Política Comparada.

Secção 5: Governação e Políticas Públicas.

Secção 6: Relações Internacionais.

Secção 7: Teoria Política.

A apresentação de propostas de comunicação é aberta a todos os  interessados, sendo a sua selecção baseada em critérios científicos.

Para os sócios da APCP (com as quotas em dia), o preço da participação  no Congresso é de 20 Euros.

Para não sócios, o preço é de 70 Euros, sendo de 30 Euros  para estudantes.

Todos os participantes podem assistir a todas as sessões e recebem um  certificado de frequência.

As propostas de comunicação devem ser enviadas por e-mail para congressos@apcp.pt até dia 31 de OUTUBRO de 2011.

CALL FOR PAPERS VI Conference of the Portuguese Political Science Association ISCSP-UTL, Lisbon, 1-3 March 2012

The Portuguese Political Science Association (APCP) is inviting  submissions for panels and papers for presentation at its Sixth Conference, which will take  place at ISCSP-UTL, Lisbon, during 1-3 March 2012.

Proposals should be sent by email to  congressos@apcp.pt until 31st OCTOBER 2011.

They should not exceed 200 WORDS and must include the following information:

1. Section number and title to which the submission will be presented
2. Title of the paper
3. Author's full name
4. Author's institutional affiliation and position
5. Author's full contact details, including postal and email  ddresses, and telephone and fax numbers.
6. Short abstract of the submission. Proposals should also include BRIEF CURRICULUM VITAE (max. 150 words).

APCP will only accept per speaker 2 proposals (1 as individual and 1as co-author).

The panel proposals should include a title, a moderator and the  respective papers. The latter should include the above requirements for individual papers. The conference will include the following sections (although please  note that this list is subject to alteration depending on the number and theme of received  and approved submissions):

Section 1: Portuguese society and politics

Section 2: Portuguese-speaking countries

Section 3: European studies

Section 4: Comparative politics

Section 5: Governance and public policy

Section 6: International relations

Section 7: Political theory

Submissions are open to all interested parties, with the final  selection being based solely on academic criteria.

The cost of registration will be:

20 Euros for APCP members

70 Euros for non-members

30 Euros for accredited students

Registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance of  this Conference.

Please send submissions to congressos@apcp.pt no later than 31st OCTOBER 2011.

Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
