The ESADE Institute of Public Governance and Management (IGDP) is looking for a Research Assistant interested in the field of public management, specifically in the area of network governance. The selected candidate will join the ESADE Research Group in Leadership and Innovation in Public Management (GLIGP), a group dedicated to studying network‐based collaborative management processes (inter‐administrative and public‐private). The aim is to identify factors that contribute to the success or failure of these processes. GLIGP is recognised as a consolidated research group and has received funding from AGAUR, the Spanish National R&D&I Plan and the European Union’s Seventh Framework Programme.

The candidate selected will carry out the typical tasks associated with research. S/he will revise bibliographies, conduct interviews and provide support in drafting reports. In addition, s/he will collaborate in administrative duties for the various projects. We are looking for a candidate with good oral and written communication skills, who is capable of looking for and analysing information and who has an advanced level of English (TOEFL iBT™ score of around 100 or a Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English or higher).
