El destacat /  La notícia de la setmana

Ens fa molta il·lusió anunciar que l'Institut de Govern i Polítiques Públiques (IGOP) de la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona obre canal a LinkedIn per connectar amb professionals, investigadors i persones interessades en la recerca i l'acció en polítiques públiques.

L'obertura d'aquest nou canal s'emmarca en un procés de redisseny de l'estratègia de comunicació del nostre institut que ha optat per deixar inactiu el seu compte a la plataforma X (antic Twitter) a partir de la Setmana Santa de 2025. Aquesta plataforma ha canviat significativament, prioritzant continguts poc rigorosos, afavorint la desinformació i degradant el debat acadèmic, la qual cosa xoca amb els nostres valors de transparència, rigor científic i professionalitat.

Preferim redirigir els nostres esforços cap a altres espais més adients, com BlueSky, LinkedIn, el nostre butlletí i la nostra web, on continuarem reafirmant el nostre compromís amb la recerca i la transferència de coneixement.

26/03/25 - Inmobiliario 360º
Jornada sobre el sector immobiliario

El investigador del IGOP Carlos Delclós participará como experto en el acto "Inmobiliario 360º" organizado por el diario El País. En dicho espacio se abordará el momento clave de transformación que está experimentando el sector inmobiliario, y la visión integral que requiere su futuro: desde la industrialización y la digitalización de procesos, hasta el papel fundamental de la financiación y la inversión en modelos habitacionales más accesibles y sostenibles.

Entre los asistentes, el acto contará con la presencia de la directora del diario El País, Pepa Bueno y la ministra de Vivienda y Agenda urbana Isabel Rodríguez. Registro en este enlace.

Albert Hirschman va ser un pensador innovador i audaç, sempre arrelat al seu temps i als seus espais vitals. Amb la convicció que moltes de les seves idees són rellevants per inspirar avui la reflexió i l'acció col·lectiva, aquesta jornada s'orienta a explorar conceptes i mirades en diàleg amb alguns dels grans debats de present i de futur.

Whocounts researchers took part in the 9th european user conference for EU-Microdata

Researchers from the Whocounts project, led by Daniel Edmiston and affiliated with the IGOP, participated in the 9th european user conference for EU-Microdata held on March in Mannheim (Germany).

The aim of the conference, organised by German Microdata Lab in cooperation with Eurostat, was to bring together researchers working with EU-Microdata not only to encourage the discussion within the research community on both substantive and methodological issues, but also to offer researchers the opportunity to give feedback to Eurostat. The conference offered furthermore the possibility to discuss needs of the research community with Eurostat.

Les activitats ens permeten "fer contactes i xarxes amb persones que estan en el dia a dia, fent treball comunitari i informar-nos de quins són els facilitadors i obstacles que les comunitats tenen, per a dur a terme les seves iniciatives"

Març 2025 - Màster PSiAC
Activitats de formació complementària del Màster en Polítiques Socials i Acció Comunitària.

Cada curs, el Màster ofereix activitats extracurriculars perquè els alumnes coneguin experiències d'acció social i comunitària, especialment a Nou Barris. Aquest any, han visitat projectes com "l'Olla de la Cuina comunitària de 9Barris", que promou alimentació saludable i inserció social, i el "Life Club MMA" a Trinitat Nova, que crea un espai segur per a joves a través de les arts marcials. També s'ha ofert orientació sociolaboral als estudiants. Tot i no ser obligatori, molts participen activament, aprenent directament de professionals del sector social i comunitari.

6 març 2025 - Nou catedràtic
Marc Parés catedràtic de Geografia Humana

Contents d'anunciar que el recercador de l'IGOP Marc Parés ha obtingut la plaça de Catedràtic de Geografia Humana. Parés porta 23 anys de carrera acadèmica, la majoria dels quals a la UAB, tot i que també ha estat a la Universitat de Manchester (2007-2009), a la New York University (2014-2015) i a la KULeuven (2016). Ha estat coordinador del Grup de Recerca en Participació Ciutadana i Moviments Socials (2005-2013) i del Grup de Recerca SGR Urban Govrnance, Commons, Internet and Social Innovation (2014-2019). Actualment és el Coordinador del Grau en Geografia, Medi Ambient i Planificació Territorial de la UAB.
