The European Union Democracy Observatory (EUDO, www.eudo.eu) & the Centre for Judicial Cooperation (http://www.eui.eu/Projects/CentreForJudicialCooperation/Home.aspx), European University Institute, have issued a Call for Papers for the workshop National Courts vis-a-vis EU Law: New Issues, Theories and Methods   that will take place at the European University Institute in Florence on 29 and 30 November 2012.
